Please note it is the Lovingston Christmas Parade this same evening, the parade begins at 6pm and will have Front Street closed. Our end of town is usually accessible by show time but please be patient and careful of pedestrians.
For our annual holiday party this year we’re doing it with a jazzy twist! This Saturday we welcome back Johnny's Blue Locomotive. This hot Jump Swing/Rhythm and Blues combo will have you movin' to the groove. Our very own Quintessential Quartet will warm up the room with a few classic swing era tunes.
Johnny's Blue Locomotive choo choos from the Shenandoah Valley. They play a selection of blues, rock, and jazz originals and covers -- it's soul with horns! When Johnny Clark (guitar, vocals), Greg Moody (woodwinds), Lance Allen (drums), and Grace Mattix (bass, vocals), and Paula Green (guitar, vocals) take the stage they want you to get on out to the dance floor and boogie!
The Quintessential Quartet - our house jazz band - features Anne Krieger, Bill Staton subbing in this evening for Harry Powell, and Rapunzel’s very own Bob Taylor and Carolyn Stone - sharing the old standards and making you smile.
