Fourth Saturdays of the month at Rapunzel's mean it is time for Jazz! Join us for a free show while we explore the far reaches of the musical universe with The Quantum Mechanics. Ed Mikenas, Andy Aeschbacher and Worth Proffitt are steering the ship on this journey.

Ed Mikenas is a local musician in our area working as a music instructor in the community and is also choirmaster and organist at Amherst Presbyterian Church. Worth Proffitt, one of our favorites at our annual holiday party, is a local blues guitar star and percussionist. Andy Aeschbacher is the owner of Andy’s Pianos in Appomattox County for all your tuning and repair needs as well as a tremendous bass player. These multi-instrumentalists come together to shine and this will be a special show featuring original compositions written by Ed and classic Western Swing and Be-Bop Jazz Standards.
